Come join us for a day of fun as you create this two-tiered topsy-turvy cake. We will cover all the essentials of angled cake construction, including carving, icing, fondant covering, and stacking. You will also learn how to make ribbon roses and leaves, plus a variety of other decorating techniques. You will go home with a complete, beautiful cake that your family and friends will love!
This is a hands on class. Many supplies will be provided, but you will need to bring cake, buttercream, fondant, and a few other supplies. Please click here for a detailed supply list.
